Understanding Seniors' Concerns
Bill Quaranto and wife Sharon made their home in Collins Creek 21 years ago. They are the proud parents of three daughters: Christine, Lisa, and Michelle. They moved from San Francisco Bay area to become motel owners in Myrtle Beach. Bill was a sales manager with United Van Lines and Sharon worked as a medical assistant when they decided they needed a change, and at age 40, it was now or never. So, they took the plunge and bought the Rio Grande Motel and the El Dorado Motel just a few months later. After owning the Rio Grande for seven years, they decided to sell it and concentrate on the El Dorado, which quickly became a winter haven for snow birds. With a covered heated pool/hot tub, they set up a winter rental program for seniors to enjoy which included dinners, outings, and annual picnics. Normal guest rooms would become transformed with all the comforts of home to include sofas, love seats, and recliners, all to make the El Dorado experience one their vacationers would remember.
Finally tired of the long hours, the El Dorado was sold. Since they were both too young to retire, Sharon chose to use her medical background and is currently the lead billing manager at a local medical practice, while Bill got back into sales. After passing his insurance exam, he was hired by a local insurance firm. Bill says, "I tried all areas of insurance and ended up in Medicare. The fact that I am 61-years-old and understand senior citizens' concerns definitely helped."
Bill formed Complete Healthcare Insurance four years ago with the primary focus on the needs of seniors. "We take time to explain what Medicare is and what products will work best for each individual." As an agent/broker, he works with most of the major carriers in our area, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare/AARP, Mutual of Omaha, Care Improvement Plus, and Humana. Bill prides himself on thorough research, continuing follow up and quick response to questions and concerns. Additionally, Bill comes to you, saving you not only time, but the cost of gas as well. As a resident of Prince Creek, Bill is a neighbor that is ready to help you with your Medicare needs.
